PTFE-Lined Hoses with Antistatic & Flared Through Options!
Featured Supplier: Ace Sanitary
For ultra-hygienic applications where high flexibility and a PTFE liner are imperative, Ace Sanitary has developed their proprietary line of Flex Rite TXS and TXS-C (Antistatic) hoses with optional Flared-Through Ends. The hoses feature a non-convoluted, flexible, USP Class VI-compliant PTFE liner with an external embedded stainless steel over-braid. TXS and TXS-C hoses are generally preferred where dynamic endurance, product viscosity, contamination hazard, turbulence, flow rate, and hygienic cleanabilty are of particular concern.
In processes where maximum hygienic performance is needed or where the process fluid is not chemically compatible with stainless steel, the ends can be flared through to create a unitized PTFE barrier. Flared-through ends also enable the use of standard crimped fittings where Hastelloy or other exotic metals might otherwise be needed.
